The mission of the software team in Tewksbury and Woburn, MA is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development team for a wide array of products including Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Surveillance and Warning systems. • Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications
• Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively to analyze, implement and test system

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related (STEM) discipline
• Minimum of two (2) or more years of relevant software programming experience in development, integration, and/or test using C++, C#, Java or similar object-oriented software language

• Strong problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
• Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools
• Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, Dev Sec Ops
