The NEEDS Center is looking for van drivers to transport individuals with developmental disabilities to-and-from our Day Center Programs located in Tewksbury, & Rowley, Mass.

• You will be driving company vans and cars—not your own vehicle.
• Work hours for these positions are primarily: 7am-10am and/or 2pm-5pm daily.
• Positions can also be extended to full-time positions for qualified applicants, if desired, by working with individuals in our day programs during program hours.
• All you need is a regular driver's license.

Pay Range
: $20-$21 per hour (based on tenure)

Starting Pay Rate
: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities Include:

• Transporting individuals to and from NEEDS Center Day Programs in company-owned vehicles
• Assisting individuals in and out of the vehicles
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record

Qualifications Include:

• You must have a good driving record with at least 3 years of driving history that can be confirmed
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)

The NEEDS Center provides services and support for adults with autism and other developmental disabilities at our Day Centers and Group Homes. The services and supports provided by the NEEDS Center draw on the best of both disciplines in order to assist individuals to become as independent as they can be.
