Office Manager

Manage the office from day‑to‑day tasks dealing with collections, scheduling, ordering material, coordination with the branch president and coordination with sales reps and project manager. Also keep the office stocked with what is needed and greet clients upon arrival.

• Call owners/clients directly to collect (monies) ACVs - RCVs and Supplements
• Manage all folders in computer system “acculynx” (all receipts/expenses)
• “Thank You Letters” to clients when job is complete (mail out)
• “Pre‑Build Letters” mailed out to clients every time.
• Answer phones and pass on correctly to the next person.
• Manage Office/Food supply list with the Branch President
• Website Management (Online Payments and Online Client Inquiries)
• Employee Contract – Proof of Insurance from subs – HR Paperwork for everyone
• Marketing Folders are always made for sales reps
• Help the Branch President with commissions and commission cap sheets
• Pay subcontractors and salespeople with approval from the Branch President and company CFO (all employees not on salary)
• Pay consultants and suppliers for materials with the CFO
• Deposit received checks
• Sell roofs, and you get commissions!
