About the Role:

• Operate manufacturing equipment and perform manual labor related to tire production.
• Use equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and handheld mobile computers.
• Work with high-speed machinery, including troubleshooting using basic hand tools.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance to support operations and team morale.

Shift Details:

• 12-hour shifts, likely on the night shift.
• Work on a 2-2-3 schedule, offering natural overtime and a three-day weekend every other week.

Work Environment:

• Located in Texarkana, AR, in a fast-paced, heavy industrial setting.
• Conditions may be hot, cold, and noisy.
• Safety gear such as hearing and eye protection, protective clothing, and steel-toed shoes are mandatory.

Responsibilities include:

• Lifting 50-75 pounds repeatedly.
• Standing, walking, stooping, crawling, and crouching around conveyors and equipment.
• Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment.
• Ensuring product quality and assisting with repairs and maintenance.
• Cleaning and recording machine operations and downtime.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights with accommodations if needed.
