CARE Express is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician’s Assistants for a fast‑paced urgent care setting with diverse patient exposure. At least two years of experience in urgent care, family practice, or emergency room settings preferred but not required.

In this role, you will provide medical care to patients of all ages, including history taking, examinations, lab testing, performing simple procedures, and prescribing medications and treatments according to current standards of care. You will maintain accurate and timely medical records, uphold professionalism, and follow infection control and safety procedures, particularly when handling sharps and body fluids. You will also adhere to established protocols that ensure a customer‑friendly environment and provide care following best practices in medicine.

If a particular protocol is not in place, you will lead the clinic and supervise subordinate medical staff, emphasizing teaching and guiding rather than demeaning language or behavior. Flexibility for cross‑training and occasional tasks outside your normal scope of practice is required. You will observe, identify, and act on what is needed to advance the clinic in a way that reflects the organization’s values and vision.

12 Hour Shifts

Salary - $65/hour & up (Depending on Experience)
