Job Description

Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. Become an ambassador of world‑famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
, and more.

• Represent Mondelēz to in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize visibility of Mondelēz products and construct promotional displays.
• Execute in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (e.g., Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained per Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.
• Positive, professional, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Physical capability to perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs).
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Texarkana, TX); secondary locations:
  Texarkana, AR.
• Schedule availability required:
  Monday, Thursday, Saturday; start by 7 am, 15 hours per week.

• Hourly compensation rate ranges from $13.50 to $15.00 based on relevant experience.
