Alarm Technician

This position is for an experienced alarm/security install technician. This role requires strong hands-on experience with device programming, clean wire running, and hardware installation for alarm, camera, and access control systems. This candidate must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to complete jobs and installs to code and company standards. This job requires the candidate to work independently or with a team, be on time, have the tools, have outstanding organizational skills, and be professional with all customers.

• Mandatory Drug/Background/Driving Screening Check
• 2 - 4 years of verifiable job work history is a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Continuing Education Testing

• Install/Program/Deploy Alarm, Camera, Access Control Systems
• Troubleshoot & Service Systems
• Lifting 30-50 lbs
• Able to confidently use tools and/or heavy machinery
• Ability to work well alone or in a cohesive group
• Be on time
• 2-4 Years in the alarm industry is a +
• Communicate with senior management, customers, and technicians
• Implement workplace policies and standards

• Out-of-town travel is required with per diem pay
• Prefer applicant to have a minimum of 1 year of technician experience in a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• We require applicant have 1-3 years of technician experience in related field
• Proven interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

$25 - $35 hourly
