Our technicians service and repair commercial generators on cell‑phone towers in your region. This role is a great match for independent, self‑starters who are willing to travel.

• Maintain generators, diagnose and repair problems, install and replace components or entire systems, and perform additional maintenance or upgrades on out‑of‑season equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance and performance checks to ensure proper readiness; read and follow blueprints or other design specifications for installation or repair.
• Install fuel and water supply lines, pumps, electrical wiring and controls, and other components, and test for proper operation.
• Respond promptly to power/generator alarms; be available 24/7 on call if necessary and respond to assigned phone and email.
• Perform work with awareness of all potential hazards (falls, electric shock, falling objects, traffic), use safety equipment, and attend all safety and training meetings.

• 2+ years of generator maintenance experience preferred; minimum 1 year of intense work‑related experience with generator and electrical maintenance‑related software, hardware, and processes.
• Thorough knowledge of generator installations, maintenance, and repair; knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Moderate computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of pertinent FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA regulations.

• Requires lifting over 50 pounds, standing, climbing, squatting, stooping, bending, and kneeling for long periods.
• Must effectively inspect and troubleshoot equipment/alarms both audibly and visually.
• Willing and able to drive long distances, work day, evening, or night hours; overtime, emergency callouts, weekends, and holidays as required; assume 24‑hour on‑call duty when assigned.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.

Base Pay Range: $30 USD – $40 USD per hour. In addition to wages, employees may be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem, or other applicable compensation.
