Base Pay: $40.05 per hour for Electricians enrolled in the Multicraft program. Singlecraft Electricians start at $33.55 per hour. Electricians may enter the Multicraft program in July/January after qualification to begin receiving Multicraft pay. A sign-on bonus totaling $10,000 is paid out within 3 years (including $4,000 within 30 days).

• Install and maintain a wide variety of equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; interpret drawings related to installation and operation of machinery and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Possess the ability to control electrical current using switches, condensers, transformers, rheostats, and other electrical equipment; use appropriate instruments and gauges to diagnose issues.
• Self-direct and capable of running projects with little or no instruction.

Note: The above includes working in an environment with heavy industrial conditions and safety requirements.

• 12-hour shift; new hires likely placed on the night shift.
• 2-2-3 continuous work schedule, offering a three-day weekend every other week.

• Texarkana, AR Plant; fast-paced, heavy industrial environment across various plant areas.
• Environmental conditions can be hot, cold, and noisy.
• Safety is a priority; safety procedures and PPE (hearing/eye protection, protective clothing, steel-toed shoes) are required.

• High school diploma, GED, or CRC Silver Certificate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations.
• 5 years of industrial electrical experience or completion of an accredited apprenticeship in this craft.
• Must complete aptitude test and hands-on assessment administered by an outside party.
