• Collaborate with the Business Process Leader to design and implement efficient workflows and processes
• Support the configuration of the agency management system (AMS) and document all relevant procedures
• Create standardized workflows across the National AMS team
• Define requirements and redesign business processes while considering available technology and software
• Lead training efforts and develop client deliverables

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the designated line of business
• Understanding of the insurance brokerage business
• Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to refine efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows and procedures
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to engage with cross‑functional teams

• Experience working with an agency management system
• Ability to challenge the status quo and recommend business process improvements
• Demonstrated commitment to achieving sustainable results
