The Clinical Group is looking for a Board Certified / Board Eligible neonatologist to join our established team.
Responsibilities- Future leadership opportunities available
- Christus St. Michael’s Hospital was ranked by Modern Healthcare as one of the "Best Places to Work in Healthcare" in 2017.
- The Level‑III NICU has 8 beds and the intermediate unit has 7 with an average daily census of 9 infants.
- The neonatologists see babies in the newborn nursery with approximately 2,100 deliveries annually.
- NNPs provide 24‑hour, in‑house coverage and also care for preemies and term babies who need mechanical ventilation, nitric oxide, oscillator ventilation and total body cooling.

QualificationsBC/BE neonatology, board eligibility, and a strong commitment to high‑quality patient care. Specific qualifications are listed below:
- Board certification or eligibility in neonatology
- Experience providing neonatal intensive care and post‑natal acuity management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent patient‑centered decision‑making skills
