You will provide high-quality anesthesia care within a 100% supervision model
, partnering with 3 fellow anesthesiologists and 15 experienced CRNAs to deliver efficient, team-based perioperative services. The diverse caseload includes vascular, neuro, healthy pediatrics, regional anesthesia, trauma, orthopedics, thoracic, and general surgery
-with rare obstetrics and no cardiac cases
. This broad yet manageable mix ensures engaging daily variety without the demands of high-acuity hearts or frequent OB, allowing focus on clinical excellence and team collaboration.
- Predictable 1:5 call schedule that supports true lifestyle balance with post-call days off.

- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with hospital standards.
