Disability Services of the Southwest (DSSW) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Hippotherapy Therapist to join our growing team in Texarkana, TX.
This is a contract position focused on performing assessments and evaluations for children and adults with disabilities—primarily CLASS program participants.

The Role
- Provide hippotherapy services using equine-assisted techniques
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client goals
- Deliver services in a safe, therapeutic environment
- Licensed therapist (OT, PT, or SLP) with hippotherapy training or certification
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional
- Must meet all state and agency background requirements
