What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Promote and grow Neurocrine products within a designated geographic territory
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and key opinion leaders
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resource management
  • Uphold ethical standards and compliance with FDA guidelines in all interactions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and proven sales success
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., , Oracle, SAP)
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as frequent travel is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Master's degree in science or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotic sales
  • Familiarity with specialty pharmacy distribution processes
  • Strong project management skills and ability to navigate complex accounts
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
