Signify Health, Inc. is seeking board-certified physician assistants to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Contractors earn weekly pay from $1,800 to $3,000, with a base rate of $70 per completed assessment, plus potential Market Multiplier and pay-per-test opportunities.
Shifts are Monday–Sunday with no nights or weekends required. Visits include a medication and medical history review, performed in the member’s home.
