Reunion Plaza Senior Care and Rehabilitation Center in Texarkana, TX is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA). A rewarding career awaits at a facility specialized in long‑term and rehabilitative care.
Pay RangeBase pay: $12.00/hr - $15.50/hr actual pay will depend on skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.
Job Responsibilities- Provide personal care to residents ensuring safety and comfort per community policy.
- Promote and support the greatest possible degree of independence for residents.
- Advise supervising charge nurse on resident status at beginning and end of shift.
- Contribute knowledge of resident conditions/needs to resident care plans.
- Assist in implementing care plans as directed within established policies and procedures.
- Observe and report residents’ conditions, documenting observations as required.
- Comply with safe lifting and transfer procedures as established.
- Perform moderate to heavy lifting as necessary.
- Ensure equipment is clean and functional.
- Perform incidental housekeeping or maintenance tasks to keep environment clean and hazard‑free.
- Other duties as assigned.
- State certification as a nursing assistant.
- Complete familiarity with the duties of a certified nursing assistant.
- Highly developed observation skills.
