- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for laboring mothers and newborns.
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures, including neonatal resuscitation.
- Educate families on childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and protocols.
