Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive wound care services to patients with acute and chronic wounds, including wound assessments, debridement, dressing changes, and wound therapy
Develop and implement individualized wound care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
Monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and adjust wound care plans accordingly
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care techniques, wound management, and prevention strategies
Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments, progress, and outcomes
Current RN license in the state of Texas
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in wound care or a related field
Strong understanding of wound care principles, practices, and technologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
