• 3.5 Doctor practice.
• 3:1 technician‑to‑doctor ratio.
• In‑house lab, ultrasound, digital radiography.
• Surgical laser and fully equipped surgical/dental suites with dental x‑ray.
• Leadership team built to support doctors, not micromanage them.

• Base salary starting at $90,000 to $100,000, may be higher based on experience.
• $25,000 sign‑on bonus.
