- Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages
- Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales‑generating activities
- Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow‑up with potential customers and deal opportunities
- Build and maintain strong referral relationships
- Generate consistent, qualified sales opportunities
- Own and manage our sales pipeline
- Meet face‑to‑face with partners and prospects
- Represent our brand professionally in the field
- Work independently with full accountability
- Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales
- Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required
- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
- Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
- Proven outside or B2B sales experience
- Strong pipeline and follow‑up discipline
- Highly organized and self‑motivated
- Confident communicator and people‑person
- Comfortable with commission‑only compensation
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
