• Repair general service problems associated with manufactured housing.
• Perform general maintenance of display homes, office building, and grounds.
• Interior repairs: sheetrock, drywall, leveling doors, trim work, carpet, cabinets.
• Exterior repairs: shingles, siding, perimeter skirting.
• Complete grounds work including mowing, shoveling snow, salting walk‑ways, picking up trash, sweeping curb, maintaining landscaping beds.

• Hourly wage: $20.00 – $23.00, depending on experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and customer service skills.
• Committed to a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Numerous and varied handyman skills.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 100 lbs.
• Endurance for strenuous tasks – crawling, reaching, pulling.
• Ability to safely climb ladders and steps.
• Ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow).
• Team‑oriented; cooperative and collaborative.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Subject to criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
• Willing to learn and comply with legal requirements for sale of manufactured homes.
