Business Development Executive, Expert-Level

We seek a Business Development Executive (Remote), Expert-Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with Globant’s service offerings within the Airline Sector.
• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Develop and execute account plans to target enterprise-level clients in prioritized verticals.
• Build strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers at target organizations.
• Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and marketing to craft compelling value propositions.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM hygiene using Salesforce or similar tools.
• Represent Globant at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
