ABOUTTHE ROLE
The Construction Manager is responsible for completing all business construction operations at the Retail Sales Center. In addition, the Construction Manager regularly meets with customers, inspectors, factory reps, and contractors while coordinating and scheduling improvements to reach a goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (All or some of these duties will be performed)- Build and maintain relationships with contractors
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Order and review delivery bids
- Review contractor bids upfront and at closing with customer
- Sign off on bids to begin work
- Schedule deliveries
- Follow up on improvements
- Field service calls/follow up on factory service
- Communicate time frames to customers
- Request any service needed on lot
- Follow up with customers on items needed for funding
- Follow up with contractors on items needed for funding
- Verify traffic daily in mornings
- Quarterly inventory
- Manage lot inventory
- Update deal notes
- Track interior trimouts
- Schedule care advocate
- Order AC units
- All Factory Charge backs
