We seek African American | Black Experience Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as ESC

- Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) Position; however, Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.
Provide services and support as a African American | Black Experience Keynote/Guest Speaker [Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker)] in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as Texas Education Agency (TEA) | Region One Education Service Center (ESC1) Generally Located In CONUS
- Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) and across the South Central Region (Of Country/World).
Ability to deliver high-value keynote insights aligned with an organization's brand promise of culture, courage, and continuous learning. Present topic-specific keynotes, engage audiences with expertise and authenticity, and contribute to broader event objectives through storytelling and strategy.
The role(s) are located in the South Central Region is at or near CONUS

Desired Qualifications For African American | Black Experience Keynote/Guest Speaker | Diversity, Equity And Inclusion (ESC1H036) Candidates:
Current or previous role aligned with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities driving qualifications as a African American | Black Experience Keynote Speaker. Recognized expertise, public speaking experience, and subject-matter credibility are essential.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry/professional/lived experience in a related domain preferred.
Presentation development, verbal and non-verbal communication, audience engagement, storytelling, subject fluency.
Confidence, cultural sensitivity, adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to connect across audiences.
May lead workshops, fireside chats, or immersive breakout sessions for audience segmentation.
Can collaborate on pre-event customization or post-event consulting to extend impact and alignment.
Typically appears in internal summits, conferences, media forums, and leadership engagement programs.
