Hey there, future solar superstar! 🌟 Eosol Group is on the hunt for a Commissioning Supervisor to join our awesome team and help us bring some seriously cool photovoltaic projects to life. If you're passionate about making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish, this might be the perfect gig for you! ☀️

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the world of photovoltaic projects. You know your way around setting up and testing solar power systems, and you're not afraid to get your hands dirty (figuratively, of course 😉). Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to oversee the crucial commissioning phase, ensuring that our solar farms are ready to shine and deliver clean energy to the world.

As our Commissioning Supervisor, you'll be a key player in making sure our projects are a massive success. You'll be coordinating activities, troubleshooting any hiccups, and generally being the go-to person for all things commissioning-related. Think of yourself as the conductor of a solar orchestra, making sure every instrument plays its part perfectly! 🎶

What webre looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in photovoltaic projects. We need someone who's been there, done that, and has the t-shirt (and knows how to commission it!).
• A valid US work visa. This is a must-have, so please make sure you're all set on this front.
• Excellent English skills (both written and spoken)! You'll be communicating with a diverse team, so being able to chat and write fluently is super important. 🗣️✍️

What youb be doing (the fun stuff!):

• Leading the charge during the commissioning phase of our photovoltaic projects.
• Supervising the installation, testing, and energization of solar components and systems.
• Ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications and Eosol Group's high standards. Safety first, always! ⛑️
• Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to resolve any technical issues that pop up.
• Performing quality checks and ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. No detail too small!
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving to keep the commissioning process on track.
• Providing guidance and support to the commissioning team.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with specific solar technologies or SCADA systems.
• Familiarity with international electrical and safety standards.
• A knack for leadership and team motivation.
