Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Six Sigma Black Belt to join our team! The Six Sigma Black Belt will be responsible for leading Six Sigma / Lean productivity projects and mentoring part-time Green Belt resources under the direction of the Associate Director of Productivity.

• Exceeds annual Black Belt savings metric as established by Leadership
• Completes a required number Six Sigma projects per year
• Meets established project execution cycle time criteria established by Leadership
• Mentors assigned Green Belts
• Promotes and leads change by shifting paradigms
• Challenges status quo and demonstrates sustainable results projects
• Fosters and supports Lean Six Sigma goals and successes
• Assists in the identification of high impact projects within assigned Value Stream
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree required;
  Master’s Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience – Project Management, Team Leadership & Mentoring
• Ability to influence and gain commitment at all organization levels
• Internal Applicants must possess Green Belt certification
• External Applicants must possess a Black Belt certification or equivalent experience
• Requires 25% - 50% travel
