Are you an experienced Residential Mortgage Loan Officer ready to build your business with the backing of a forward‑thinking, well‑capitalized company – without the micromanagement, mystery margins, or nickel‑and‑dime fees that plague most broker shops?
What You’ll Do- Originate residential mortgage loans – primarily through your own referral network and self‑sourced business.
- Build and nurture client relationships with a focus on education, transparency, and long‑term trust.
- Guide borrowers through the loan process from application through closing with the full support of our processing team.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and concierge support to scale your business and close more loans.
- Stay ahead of market trends, lending guidelines, and best practices to serve your clients at the highest level.
- W2 Commission‑Only structure – competitive lender‑paid comp plan.

- A licensed residential Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with a proven track record.
- Consistently funding at least one loan per month and actively working as a full‑time loan officer – this is not a side gig.
