Junior Designer

We're seeking a Junior Designer to help us design and build the best platform for experiencing and consuming next-generation sports media. This role straddles the engineering and marketing departments, requiring an analytical and creative mind.

We're on the hunt for a scrappy, driven, fast learner who isn't afraid of trying new things and has fine-tuned their craft of designing great-looking digital assets. Our ideal candidate doesn't necessarily have extensive experience but is comfortable learning and mastering different tools to get the job done.

• Work with our business team and Head of Product to capture feature requirements.
• Turn these requirements into high-fidelity mock-ups in Figma.
• Maintain and own our Figma design file to ensure our app and designs are matching.
• Work with the development team to ensure the product has a consistent look and feel.
• Collaborate on the organization's product roadmap.

• Work with the business team and Head of Product to generate any marketing collateral needed for the release of new product features.
• Work with the marketing team to assist in the creation of any marketing collateral for various marketing channels.
• Collaborate on the organization's marketing roadmap.

• 0-3 years of experience designing software products
• A keen eye for design and amazing user experience
• Experience using Figma, with some knowledge of CSS.
• Passionate about startups and business
• This position requires the submission of a portfolio of some of your recent work or projects. Ideally, some of those projects would be apps, but it's not a hard requirement.
