Full‑time, 12‑hour Days/Weekends Rotate (.90)

• You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient‑centered care.
• You will collaborate with subject matter experts and other leaders to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
• You will function as a resource person for staff members. Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• You will assist with staff scheduling. Manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.

• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg clinical experience as a licensed RN in acute care is required.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing is required. BSN is preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi‑State Compact License (Employees with RN Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date).
• Current BLS and ACLS Certification are required.
