About the Role

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the store, aligned with PUMA brand values and service standards.
• Through effective customer service, consistently achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability targets.
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout quickly and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the store and comply with all visual merchandising guidelines.
• Execute and process incoming and outgoing merchandise.
• Comply with all policies, procedures, operational core competencies, and key accountabilities.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working and shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required.

• 1–2 years of focused customer‑service‑oriented retail experience (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Quick learner with basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.

Base pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour plus benefits. (Benefit summary: Part‑time).
