About the roleUnlike a standard BDR, this role focuses on high‑impact verticals and brands. You’ll build research and targeting, open doors with key decision‑makers, work closely with Account Executives, and bring insights to senior leadership. The role offers high autonomy and direct impact on company success.
Responsibilities- Build the GTM strategy and pipeline: own research, targeting, and prospect lists.
- Lead outbound for strategic accounts: drive outreach across calls, email, and Linked In.
- Learn and map each brand’s organization, workflows, and pain points through conversations.
- Meet and exceed meeting targets, create early traction inside key brands, and help build momentum each sprint.
- 1–2 years of outbound BDR, sales, or business development experience at a SaaS company.
- Enjoy fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
- Confident communicator comfortable speaking with owners, operators, and decision‑makers.
- Track record of beating quotas in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong will‑to‑win mindset: competitive, hungry, and motivated by beating targets.
