What’s the job?- THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE WORKING HOURS OF 9AM-6PM PST
As the face of Connecteam and the first point of contact with our customers, you will influence development and expansion. Become a product expert and consult businesses from a wide variety of industries. You will link the product, the market, and all departments in Connecteam.
What you’ll be doing- Become a product expert
- Own the full sales cycle and manage your own account pipeline as a quota-carrying Account Executive
- Be the company’s eyes by understanding our clients better than anyone in the company
- Be the face of the company with our outstanding customer service and approach
- Influence the product based on client demands and needs
- Cross-department information sharing and initiative ownership
- At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS
- Strong quota attainment track record
- Strong customer relations skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
- Self-learner, autodidact, and highly independent
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines
- Experience with CRM and project management tools
- Energetic, positive, and motivated
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Hungry to make an impact and grow with us
- Ability to work remotely from Mon-Fri
- Spanish language skills a plus
