• Grow sales within assigned territory via direct sales to feedlots and back grounding operations
• Establish and maintain relationships with management at beef operations within the territory
• Develop, negotiate, manage, and grow long-term relationships for Livestock Intelligence Monitoring products and services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, particularly animal health sales representatives
• Create and implement accurate account plans to meet territory goals

• High School Diploma or equivalent and five years of relevant industry experience, or a four-year college degree, or a two-year animal science specific degree
• Minimum of 3 years of combined work experience in Sales, Sales Management, or Marketing roles in the agricultural field
• Current knowledge of the US beef industry, especially the confined fed cattle market
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills

• Experience in the feedlot industry and ideally in technology
• Experience in beef production or demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn the industry
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
