The Selling Supervisor supports store leadership by driving sales, customer satisfaction, and daily business objectives. This role leads and coaches the sales team, monitors performance, and sells approximately half the time while supporting store operations.
Responsibilities- Coach and develop team members, model selling behaviors, and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Sell and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty and deliver a consistent customer experience.
- Execute sales events, communicate business performance, and report product opportunities while supporting merchandising and inventory control.
- Support recruitment, supervise cash transactions and register balancing, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Business acumen and a track record of building positive working relationships.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, operate a register, remain active for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
