Tax Professional - Franchise

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs at H&R Block franchise. You’ll build client relationships and use advanced training.

• Conduct tax interviews face‑to‑face and virtually (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns for individuals, trusts, and partnerships.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation as applicable.
• Mentor and support teammates in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification (or willingness to obtain).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• Experience with virtual tax interviews and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
