This position reports to the Controller of US operations and is responsible for the oversight of the accounts payable department including vendor purchase orders, invoices and payments.

• Supervises and coordinates daily activities required by AP team
• Serves as point of contact for vendors regarding payment status, invoice discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive vendor relationships
• Reviews invoices, purchase orders and packing slips for clerical accuracy and approves as needed
• Oversees appropriate vendor terms establishment
• Monthly reporting of department KPIs
• Reviews all transactions and manages postings daily
• Oversees monthly and yearly closing schedules and tasks
• Assists purchasing department with appropriate credit limits from vendors and dealing with any issues regarding vendor accounts
• Assists with audit-related documentation
• Reviews A/P listing with Controller to determine payment priority
• Reconciles and reviews A/P and G/L weekly with staff
• Leads team members in achieving company and department goals
• Performs other duties as assigned

• 5 years minimum experience in Accounts Payable role, with AP staff supervisory experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to prioritize, organize, and plan accordingly in order to meet deadlines
• Computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Experience and ability to present information to executives and communicate expectations to employees
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain professional and ethical relationships with all existing and potential customers and vendors

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
