Overview
Our client, located in Dripping Springs, TX, is seeking an experienced AR/Staff Accountant to join their dynamic Billing team. This position plays a key role in managing accounts receivable and supporting the monthly close process.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and process high-volume customer invoices
- Perform revenue accruals and support full month-end close cycle
- Provide P&L support, including fielding questions and researching revenue discrepancies
- Reconcile deferred revenue and other related accounts
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers regarding billing matters
- Identify and flag discrepancies in collections and collaborate with operations when needed
- Maintain accuracy and completeness in AR records across multiple entities and billing models
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and general accounting
- Strong proficiency in Excel (daily use of VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Experience with Workday is highly preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Sheets is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is strongly preferred
- Detail-oriented, driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial spirit
Salary Range
: $55-70k based on experience level
This is a hybrid role in Dripping Springs, TX. You must be ok with commuting onsite to the office location several days a week.
Candidates who live outside of the Austin/Dripping Springs area will not be considered.
