About the Job
We are looking for individuals with some accounting experience to do clerical work while training to work in a sales tax accounting function. Must have an attention to detail, be a fast learner, and have a burning desire to succeed. Location is not important as the position is 100% remote. However, due to increasingly tough labor and tax laws, we only hire in the following states:
Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. This is a full‑time W2 position. It is not part‑time work. Must be located in the US.
- Candidates must have at least two years of recent accounting and/or clerical experience.
- Must have an excellent command of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ideal candidates will have a college degree, but exceptions will be made for candidates with the right attitude.
- We are a fast‑paced high‑volume firm. You must be able to work quickly and accurately.
- You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bilingual is a plus as we work with companies all across the world.
Compensation includes a starting base salary range of $35,000 with additional bonuses. There are advancement opportunities.
