What does an Office Coordinator/Bookkeeper do at Paul Davis?

• Answer calls from customers and team members, building rapport
• Manage accounting tasks via Quick Books Online
• Serve as the point person for the Field Production team
• Problem solve and assist in finding solutions
• Maintain Accounts Payable files
• Process weekly Accounts Payable
• Handle subcontractor paperwork (W-9, Insurance Certificates)

• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations using internal office systems
