Controller (Manufacturing) Lead financial operations for a manufacturing environment by overseeing plant and corporate accounting, cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting to support safe and efficient mill operations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controls.
- Partner with operations leaders on performance analysis and financial insights.
- Support capital planning and improve inventory management practices.
- Oversee accurate cost accounting and reporting for operational decision-making.
- Mentor and develop accounting staff.
- Drive process improvement and strengthen accounting and reporting workflows.
- Deliver clear, actionable financial information that supports sustainability, growth, and community-focused culture.
GAAP knowledge, strong internal controls, manufacturing/cost accounting expertise, budgeting and financial reporting, leadership and mentoring, process improvement, and the ability to translate financial data into operational performance insights.
