What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Coordinate staff assignments to support patient care needs and provide scheduling support
  • Utilize staffing technology to allocate staff effectively and request agency staff as needed
  • Document staff assignments and ensure timecard accuracy

    Communicate staffing changes and scheduling adjustments to staff using electronic systems
  • Participate in staff meetings and huddles, and assist with orientation for new staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED preferred
  • 0 to 2 years of basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced medical environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Post‑secondary education
  • Experience working in a medical environment with a focus on staffing and scheduling
  • Familiarity with electronic communication systems
