Location: Nash

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Office Assistant to support daily operations for both brands. This role is the heartbeat of our office, keeping communication smooth, schedules organized, and customers taken care of with excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer calls and schedule appointments.
  • Send invoices, track payments, and manage records.
  • Keep contracts updated, organized, and invoiced.
  • Collect and organize employee timesheets.
  • Maintain office organization and supplies.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
  • Be responsible for shipping & receiving, some warehouse duties, and organization.
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of office, administrative, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Self‑motivated, dependable, and solution‑focused.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • Positive, professional presence and attitude.
Professional Standards
  • On time, dependable, and consistent.
  • Non‑smoking during work hours (breaks only, outside).
  • Works well with management and field teams.
  • Maintains professionalism at all times.
Compensation & Growth

Compensation

$28,000 - $33,000 yearly

Responsibilities
  • Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between our customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity.
Qualifications
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work.
  • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels.
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs.
