Data Clerk

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Finance is preferred
• 1 -- 2 years of administrative experience
• Capable of meeting strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to effectively work with employees at all levels
• Must be detail oriented, analytical and organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment

• Assists in the analysis of data and extracts and defines relevant information
• Conduct verification of data for accuracy
• Acts as the liaison for business units to determine report needs
• Create and provide routine reports
• Provides trends for responsible business units
• Manages data and assists in the development of data retention procedures
• Arrange any necessary travel
• Review invoices for proper approval
• Assist with coordinating donation requests for community events and completing documentation
• Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
• Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
