The Test Technician – I supports the production team by performing basic testing and setup of electronic components and systems. This role focuses on connecting test cables, initiating standardized tests, recording results, and performing light troubleshooting with guidance from senior technicians.

• Connect wires and test fixtures to electronic units per instructions.
• Run automated or basic manual tests on electronic assemblies.
• Record pass/fail results and escape issues as needed.
• Assist in identifying simple faults such as loose connections or defective parts.
• Communicate test outcomes to the technician or supervisor.
• Keep workstations clean and organized.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Basic understanding of electronics or wiring.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and test equipment (e.g., multimeter).
• Able to follow detailed instructions accurately.

• 1+ years of experience in power electronics troubleshooting and repair or similar setting.

This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, walking, lifting 50+ lbs, bending, stooping, computer work, working with live electricity, and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodations.
