Job Description

Alpha One Ford is seeking an Experienced Ford Service Technician to join our professional service team. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for Ford vehicles. Whether you’re an established Ford-certified technician or an experienced mechanic ready to advance your career, this is an opportunity to work in a clean, organized, and fast-paced shop without the city gridlock.

Job Type & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-time

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays as needed

• Work Location: In person. Must be willing to commute to Alpha One Ford

• Ability to Commute: La Grange, TX (Required)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Ford vehicles and light trucks

• Perform assigned work on repair orders with accuracy and efficiency

• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and team members

• Follow dealership and Ford manufacturer standards for all repairs

• Participate in ongoing Ford training and certification programs

• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive technician experience (Ford experience preferred)

• Ford certifications or willingness to complete required training

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team

• Commitment to high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
