As an Automotive Technician, you will:

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests leave satisfied.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with a team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department to resolve issues.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.

To be a great fit for our team, you should have:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• The ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

This role requires:

• Occasional lifting/moving of over 100 pounds.
• The ability to work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Comfort working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Walking and standing for the majority of your workday.
• Driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficiency in navigating a computer.
