What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Manage and service the B2B distributor network of arcade products in North America.
- Plan and execute visits to distributor teams and key customers to enhance brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive revenue growth.
- Coordinate new game test launches and marketing activities with key distributors.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to ensure alignment with targets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the B2B arcade industry or coin‑op redemption games.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales track record and channel development experience.
- Experience in commercial customer support.
- Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver a winning experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and trends in the gaming industry.
- Ability to analyze market and competitor activity for strategic decision‑making.
- Experience with inventory management and sourcing in line with sales forecasts.
