Nettles Construction Solutions is a commercial subcontractor, specializing in Lightweight Insulating Concrete Roof Systems, Flowable Fill, Gypcrete Floors, Elevated Concrete and Waterproofing, Sprayed Fireproofing, and Operable Partitions.
We are looking for full-time construction laborers who are dependable, hardworking people to join our team. Experience is helpful, especially concrete finishing experience, but we are also willing to train the right people. This individual will work on our commercial construction crews as a construction laborer for installation of elevated concrete balconies and breezeways, waterproofing systems, gypcrete floors, and lightweight insulating concrete roof deck system projects.
New hires MUST be willing to travel, pass a drug screen, and a physical. We work throughout the Midwest and are regularly out of town up to a week at a time.
After 60 days of employment, you will be eligible for company benefits: paid holidays, paid vacation (PTO), cost-sharing for company paid health, dental, vision and life insurance. Starting pay is $22.00-$26.00 per hour, based on experience with time and a half pay after 40 hours worked per week. We also pay per diem, travel time, and mileage reimbursement on your check.
Pay is weekly.
