Senior Construction Manager

Our client, a global technology leader specializing in cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, and digital transformation, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to join their team. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be part of the Data Center Delivery Department supporting the Construction and Commissioning Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
Location: Clarksville, VA (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Pay Range: $75 - $80/hr

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Coordinate and manage General Contractor and vendor partner activities
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance with building regulations
• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Support change order and RFI resolution processes

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, including data center builds
• Strong knowledge of commissioning processes and construction disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical)
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, fast-paced projects with minimal oversight
• Excellent organizational and executive functioning skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities in a collaborative team environment
