Job Title: Project Manager / Site Lead, Low Voltage (Contract)
Location: Childress, TX (on-site)
Duration: Starts immediately and runs through December 2026
Employment Type: Contract / Temporary
Responsibilities- Oversee LV subcontractor crews on site every day and keep work moving according to schedule and scope
- Track and verify installed quantities, including cable runs, terminations, panels and related components
- Write and submit accurate daily reports covering manpower, progress, quantities installed, issues and delays
- Spot problems early (productivity, quality, materials, access) and escalation them to project leadership
- Coordinate with the general contractor, other trades and site management as needed
- Make sure subcontractors follow site safety requirements and project procedures
- Keep photo documentation and simple progress logs
- Experience as a construction PM, superintendent, foreman or field coordinator (commercial, industrial or data center preferred)
- Comfortable supervising subcontractors and holding them accountable
- Detail-oriented with quantities: able to count, track and reconcile installed materials against plans
- Strong written communication for daily reporting
- Basic ability to read construction drawings
- Proficient with email, Excel or Google Sheets, and mobile reporting tools
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
- Available to start immediately and stay on site in Childress, TX through December
- Data center or mission-critical construction experience
- Familiarity with structured cabling, fiber or electrical work
